As a service provider, according to Art. 7, Para. 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) we are responsible for our own contents on this site under general legislation. According to Arts. 8 to 10 of the TMG, as the service provider we are not, however, obligated to monitor transferred or stored third-party information or to search for circumstances that might suggest illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected by this. However, liability to this effect can only be assumed from such time that we become aware of a specific legal violation.
